Data Retention Policy

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• Candidate profiles — 24 months from last active engagement or last login
• CV documents — 24 months from upload, or until deletion is requested
• Employer enquiries — 12 months from submission
• Email communications — 12 months
• Website analytics — Anonymised; no personal data retained beyond session

Candidate profiles that have been inactive for 24 months will be automatically flagged for deletion. We will send a notification email before deletion occurs, giving you the opportunity to reactivate your profile.

You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time via our Delete My Data page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for longer periods to comply with legal obligations. In such cases, we will inform you of the specific retention period and legal basis.
